Shipping Policy

We ship Storilynk charms to many countries around the world. Don’t see yours at checkout? We may not ship there just yet — email us at hello@storilynk.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates
Most orders arrive within approximately 8–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and local customs. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as they depend on the carrier and customs clearance.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. We offer free shipping for orders of AUS$49 and over.

Tracking
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Storilynk covers all customs and duties so there is no extra for you to pay. 

Lost, delayed, or undelivered orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@storilynk.com and we'll help track it down. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll arrange re-shipping at the customer's cost.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched.
